Age: 18 & above.

Education:

  1. Manager (Quality Control) in Delhi Milk Scheme, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries – Post Graduate degree in Chemistry/Bio- Chemistry/Bacteriology/Dairy Science; With Graduate degree with Chemistry/Bio- Chemistry/Bacteriology/Dairy Science as a subject.
  2. Livestock Officers, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries – A Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry as listed in the First and Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984., Registration in the Veterinary Council of India or Veterinary Council of States.
  3. Research Officer (Medicinal Plants/ Agronomy) in National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB), Ministry of AYUSH – Master’s degree of Science in Botany or Medicinal Plants or Agriculture or Agronomy or Forestry from a recognized university or Institute or equivalent*.
    Note: * There is no qualification equivalent to the qualifications mentioned above.
  4. Curators in National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture – Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or History of Arts & Criticism or Museology from a recognized university.
  5. Deputy Curators in National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture –  Master’s Degree in Fine Arts or History of Arts & Criticism or Museology from a recognized university.
  6. Assistant Library & Information Officers in National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture –  Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or Library and Information Science from a recognized university/institute.
  7. Senior Scientific Officer Grade- II (Metallurgy) in Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production – Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
  8. Research Officer (Social Studies) in Office of Registrar General, India, Ministry of Home Affairs Defence – Master’s Degree in Anthropology (with specialization in Cultural or Social Anthropology) or Sociology from a recognized University.
  9. Assistant Legislative Counsel (Hindi Branch) in Official Languages Wing, Ministry of Law and Justice, Legislative Department – Master’s Degree in Law (LLM) from a University established or incorporated by or under a Central Act; Provincial Act or a State Act or any institution for higher education deemed to be a University by the Central Government or any other institution or foreign University approved by the Central Government.
  10. Gynaecologist in Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Health & Family Welfare Department – A recognized Medical Qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (Other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub- section.
  11. Senior Veterinary Officers, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services – A recognized Veterinary qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule of the Indian Veterinary Council Act, 1984 (Number 52 of 1984).

Experience:

  1. Manager (Quality Control) in Delhi Milk Scheme, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries – Seven years’ experience in Chemical and Bacteriological analysis of Milk and Milk Products.
  2. Livestock Officers, Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries – Three years’ experience in the Cattle and Livestock Development or Animal Health or Poultry or Meat and Meat Products.
  3. Research Officer (Medicinal Plants/ Agronomy) in National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB), Ministry of AYUSH – Three years post qualification experience of working in the field or research and development on medicinal plants in a University or Institute or Government Department or Organization of repute.
  4. Curators in National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture – Five years curatorial experience in a large Museum/Gallery.
  5. Deputy Curators in National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture – Atleast Three years’ experience in organizing exhibitions or production and publication of books & Journals on Indian Art or teaching Museology or History of Art or Fine Arts in large Museum/Gallery/Organization/Educational Institution.
  6. Assistant Library & Information Officers in National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi, Ministry of Culture, Department of Culture – Two years professional experience in a Library under Central/State Government/Autonomous or Statutory Organization/PSU/University or Recognized Research or Educational Institution.
  7. Senior Scientific Officer Grade- II (Metallurgy) in Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance, Ministry of Defence, Department of Defence Production – Two years’ practical experience in the field of quality assurance/production of aeronautical materials/components various composites for military aircraft, aero engines and missiles. Experience in destructive/non destructive testing defect investigation/failure analysis in respect of materials/component for aeronautical use
  8. Research Officer (Social Studies) in Office of Registrar General, India, Ministry of Home Affairs Defence – Three years’ experience of Social Research on Village and Community Studies with special reference to the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes.
  9. Gynaecologist in Nehru Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, Health & Family Welfare Department – Two years’ work in a responsible position connected with the speciality in the case of post graduate degree holders and 4 years’ work in a responsible position connected with the speciality in the case of Post Graduate diploma holders.
